Items Needed with Application

• An application is needed for each person, 18 years or older, who will be on the lease.
• Fill out the application as fully as possible, initial each page and sign it before scanning and sending it in.
• Submit your last three months of business bank statements showing income.
• Submit a photocopy of your driver’s license or State ID.
• The lease application fee is $40.00 for each adult applying.
